On-Demand Training: Laws that Affect ESDs

Description
Noted ESD Attorney Ken Campbell begins his discussion of laws that affect ESDs with a description of 2019's Senate Bill 2, which overhauled the way that ESDs set their tax rate each year. Texas A&M's V.G. Young Institute of County Government has certified this training for 2.5 hours of ESD Commissioner Training Credit.
