Travis County ESD 3 - Training Director

The Training Director is an FLSA exempt position that will coordinate and oversee the Oak Hill Fire Academy and supervise two Training Coordinators in the delivery of Academy and operations training material. This position requires the candidate to hold or be able to obtain certification as a Fire Service Instructor III or higher from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) within six (6) months of hire among other requirements.

Expected work hours are 40 hours per week with occasional to frequent work occurring on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
Base pay rate for this position is $54.50 per hour.
