Frio County ESD #1 - Fire Chief
Frio County Emergency Services District No. 1 is seeking an exceptional leader to become its first Fire Chief. This is a unique opportunity to build a new fire department from the ground up while helping shape the future of emergency services across Frio County. The District provides fire protection throughout the county through service agreements with the volunteer fire departments serving Pearsall, Dilley, Moore, and Bigfoot. Guided by a comprehensive strategic plan developed over the past year, the new Fire Chief will establish a professional career fire department that complements, supports, and strengthens the county’s volunteer fire service.
