John Carlton and Kelli Carlton of The Carlton Law Firm, PLLC present the basic information about Texas Emergency Services Districts. Texas A&M's V.G. Young Institute of County Government has certified this training for TWO-AND-A-HALF (2.5) HOURS of ESD Commissioner Training Credit. Cost is only $150 per person for a representative of a SAFE-D member (e.g., commissioner, fire chief); $225 for nonmembers.
