Attorney Kelli Carlton provides the essential ethical guidelines for Texas Emergency Services District commissioners. Recorded at the 2025 SAFE-D Annual Conference. Texas A&M's V.G. Young Institute of County Government has certified this training for ONE (1) HOUR of ESD Commissioner Training Credit. Cost is only $85 per person for a representative of a SAFE-D member (e.g., commissioner, fire chief); $125 for nonmembers.
